That's what everyone's talking about! lol...I have some wishes for the new year.Had a great reunion dinner last night, so was it great my "da nian chu yi".Suddenly had the thought of signing on! ARGH! I'm going nuts. Like what some people say, don't do crazy things just a few months before your ORD.Oh, about the settling down part in my entry yesterday, forget about it, take it that I didn't mention it before.Damn, my 4-days long weekend is coming to an end in 24 hours time. And then back to paint markers!!! Please... liberate me!Wed go chiong? Erm, I don't mind, provided Thurs doesn't have any major activity...Anyway, once again, Happy CNY!
"A little update"It's been like what, 2 weeks? Started on my course, everyday is a busy and tiring day... wearing out myself... not enough sleep, keep getting pissed with some people... I won't elaborate on the course though.Thinking about the economy this year. Kinda having thoughts about skipping one year overseas. It's no point wanting to go, yet stressing the family funds. I accepted NTU that night, it was a prompt reaction after receiving the notification from NTU. The cost of attendance overseas is easily 10 times that of singapore. Damn the economy!Suddenly, while having thoughts of staying back a year in singapore, I thought of a lot of things. The first thing that came to my mind, a girlfriend. WTF.... Thought maybe if I would spend a year in Singapore, wouldn't be that bad to settle down. Enough of single-hood maybe...Actually, I was day-dreaming on friday during the last lesson. Somehow I was thinking about my ex, the most recent one. Not sure why... I even wanted to sms her! WTF!!! I guess the lesson was too boring......Went for dinner on Tues midnight. CPT Justin drove through NTU. Saw a couple of students running!!! Heard that NTU students like to run at like 1am after studying............
Updates:Mon: ATEC briefing... Spent more than half my day there. Nothing much was done...Tue: As usual, boring day. But my TOEFL score brightened my day aplenty! Anyway, drank till late... The drinking session was so impromptu.Wed: DOO duty... Didn't sleep till 2am... Woke up at 5.45am just to be pangseh by some LCPs.... Anyway, there was this opening ceremony for the Bruneians in the morning.Thur: Boring day. Wanted to go out at night. But everyone's feeling kinda lazy and tired, considering that every night before this night had been a late night.Fri: Did a little running in the morning. Went for a heavy breakfast and back to office to complete my homework.Sat: Went to PLC to help out at the Bn Orders. Damn.... whole morning + half an afternoon gone. Came back damn tired. Couldn't last after 11pm.Going on course next Monday, a.k.a tmr onwards. Anticipating already what is to come.Anyway, got Shi Ming to go through my essays. Kinda demoralized by his comments. Argh....
So, it's the 2nd day of 2009, and I'm back at work for the first time in 2009. Very quiet today... Was hoping a more crowded Bn... But oh wells, lesser people = earlier knock off timing.Anyway, I really left early, not that early, with a plan to have an early dinner and a run 2 hrs after it. And, I did it! *clap hands*Thinking of changing my blogskin, ok, I really want to change my blogskin. Seems like different OSes have show differently the layout of my blogskin. Because I'm using Mac, seems like everything is jumbled up. Not so with Windows XP, but on certain stations only. But I can't find one that I really like, so I'll keep searching.5 essays done, 1 more to go!!!! Yes! Not really in the mood to write anything. Kinda brain-blocked.So, I decided to go slow with the Chopin Ballade. Things are working out pretty fine. Should finish everything in a week's time before I work on the details.Finished the damn troublesome investigation report today. F*** you to that accused. Thanks for all the god-damn trouble. Don't just bloody quote me say this say that. In fact, I already mentioned "According to so and so...". If your English is really that bad, this job ain't the right one for you.Seriously, I HATE LAKSA! I can't stand the taste, the smell, the look. Everything! So WHY DO YOU HAVE TO SERVE LAKSA FOR LUNCH TODAY?!?!?!?!?!?!?! But I still ate, because there's nothing left.Enough of complaining. I'm going to proofread my essays now before I get someone to proofread for me.
