Happy Valentine's Day!!

Taiwan trip is just a few hours away, and I still have not packed... haha... Was lazing around the whole day... Not actually, got some last minute stuff... Met a friend on the way... Haven't seen her for a long time, and it feels good to see her again.

Monday and Tuesday in camp was a total mess, all with the packing... haha... then again, quite impressed that I actually managed to pack everything under stressful and time-constraint conditions... haha...

Went out with Van on Wednesday to do some shopping. Wanted to meet the others for dinner or sth, but none of them were free... Van, thanks for your company, I know I'm a fussy-pot! But but, Edmund got a worse taste of it! haha... Had dinner at Hotpot culture... I ordered a share for more than 2 of us, ended up wasting some food... oops.

Once again, I'm stuck with the problem of starting to pack my bag... I always have this bladdy problem.

Lonely V-day. Spent it all by myself. How sweet =|

Time flies, especially breaks... Soon, I'll be booking in, and soon again, I'll be flying off...

Went out for dinner at ECP. Gosh, there're lots of people there... Has CNY celebration turned boring that people are having dinner in small groups already? Whatever it is, started to think alot about relationships. Was wondering about life with a girlfriend. But that life I was thinking about was already in adulthood, pre-marriage mode. You see, thoughts of settling down have been appearing in my mind. Is this a sign or what? I see myself spending time with my other half, savouring the moments of just the 2 of us. Perhaps, and perhaps I mean, it's time to get serious with my love life. But the thought of finishing what I set out to achieve by June this year smashed those thoughts immediately. Never wanted a girlfriend during NS, because I wouldn't have the commitment, then again, she can be a great source of encouragement and mental support.
Anyway, that might be what a 21-going-to-be starts to think as he approaches his adulthood.

Went to Granny's place for lunch yesterday, was talking to 2 other NSFs in the family (extended). As much as many want to go into OCS, not everyone can go. Was reflecting on this point... I was thinking, why should I be complaining (sometimes) when I'm lucky enough to be in OCS? People die to wanna be in OCS, and most of us are complaining about this and that.

*Grunts* I wanna have a girlfriend =D
And my friends who share the same wish like to us one another, where to find one?

Happy New Year everyone!!! Hail to the new year! A new beginning, a new set of goals, and a new purpose in life...

Ok, maybe I'm quite traditional, but CNY really means a new year to me, though the English new year plays an important role to me too... Well, that's the result of a Singapore-bred youth! Whatever...

Turning 21 soon, in like 10 months time, got a few more things to complete before reaching stepping into adulthood. I won't state my new year aspirations here, because it's rather private =)

Gained a new friend recently; we lost contact for quite a while, and it wasn't only recently that we got back in contact again. Whatever it is, I'm glad that I still have you as a friend.

Back to army, realised that while I'm being criticised for something, those who criticise are as equal... Now, I maybe blunt with my words, not helpful at times, but at least I don't 'wayang'. I show my true self, unlike you people who only act like a friend when you need something from me. Piss off lah...
Then again, no point being pissed with you people, because at the end of the day, I'm trying to make new friends, not enemies. Being angry and frustated with you d*** is just gonna make me less sociable.

Had a CNY celebration in camp yesterday morning... Somehow, didn't want to hang around with those people... Ended up looking for Tango instructors for a chat... LTA Wenjun's still as charming and charismatic! haha... Sir, happy marriage! CPT Indra still as cool... LTA Ray still as hilarious, LTA Justin still with that one-face look... Oh gosh, I just miss these instructors... Not that Golf wing instructors are not nice, they are great, but just that absence makes the heart fonder... Ok, I know this sounds quite gay, but I'm someone with feelings? haha...

Alright, back to the happy stuff! NEW YEAR! *Fireworks* Had a great dinner just now, feeling damn full, and I really ought to work out those fats gained from tonight's and last night's dinner, kinda sinful... haha...

Failed to get my IPPT Gold again... Having a BIG problem with SBJ... Haha... Those who know me probably will be saying "Hah! Why am I not surprised?!" Exactly... But the thing is, I got Gold before, can't really figure out why I lost that energy boost on that jump... Close to giving up on it already!

Flying to Taiwan soon for training, having mixed feelings; excited but nervous at the same time... It's gonna be a new environment to train in... But I'll leave it as it is, with some preparation on my part of course.

Hope to meet up with Vanessa and rest next week... It's been quite a while since we last gathered together.

Oh oh! Time for "Devil wears Prada"! Gotta go! Tata guys, take care, and have a prosperous and blissful year ahead!

After a tiring day yesterday, I'm finally back home!

Navex the whole day... FBO... Madness... Got lost in the jungle, bashed through forest with torns everywhere bare-handed... Oh no!

Seriously, I thought this week would be relaxed... I was wrong! 12km run the very first day of the week... Intervals the day after next, fall-ed out, because leg pain... 16km route march the next day... PBC the following day, then navex! WHAT THE HELL?!

But it's all about the experience and the knowledge...

Flying to Taiwan for training soon... Gonna miss home alot alot alot... haha... Wanna meet matthew and gang before leaving... it's been some time since I last met them...

Feeling troubled over what LTA Joshua told me that day... Quite upset about it... But whatever it is, I shall do what I've promised.

Went to beach road to get some stuff just now, and saw Gabriel Ng... haha... So coincidental! Anyway, he's in Field Engineer now... Gare Rern is in Bridging... Poor thing... Come to think of it, Infantry's not that bad after all... Really... Although Mr Bee Yong was so free to call me... haha...

INFANTRY! Professionalism through excellence!
