Shag week!!! Everyday PT and my body is already giving way...
Everyday's programme is like so packed and I practically forgot what I did one day the very next day... I was living day by day only looking forward to book-out... Wa lao...
My ankle's really giving me problems... I fell out from the 10km run because I couldn't take it after 4km... I guess it's over-strained... When it hurts, I just can't stand up, my affected leg is practically shaking... I can't jump, because the landing inflicts pain... And I'm really at a loss what to do to heal my leg... They say I need rest, but I can't get any from the everyday programme...
Finally swam for the first time in OCS yestereday... But the attire was not quite ideal; long 4 without boots (thank God!)... I thought it was ok, but ended up panting halfway through... haha... And as part of the test requirement, Oh, the swimming was actually a test to test our swimming capabilities. As part of the test requirement, we had to tread (ok, i do not know how to spell this word) water for 10mins in that long 4 attire... Gosh, it's damn shag after all the PT the whole week...
OH YES! I forgot, Monday, Initiation Ceremony! haha... woke up damn early, the juniors were no better, because they were TURNED OUT! haha.... fun?! 3 months later, you guys will have your to turn ppl out... hehe...
Right, I gotta go sleep, bloody tired and I need to rest my leg...
